SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Studio 7 Miami ("Studio 7," "We," "Us") agrees to provide photobooth rental services for your event ("Event") as specified in your booking confirmation. Our service includes:

  • Classic Booth: Traditional stationary booth for weddings and formal events. Includes 3 hours coverage, professional attendant, unlimited captures, and instant digital sharing.

  • Social Booth: Roaming photographer capturing candid moments throughout your event. Includes 3 hours continuous coverage, LED ring lighting, and instant digital delivery.

  • Mounted Booth: Sleek wall-mounted design ideal for intimate gatherings and compact venues. Includes 3 hours coverage, LED lighting, custom branding, and instant sharing.

  • Add-ons: Additional hours, custom backdrops, premium props, and other enhancements as selected during booking

Setup, operation, and breakdown are managed by our team.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT TERMS

Booking Deposit (50%): A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future events within 12 months if you cancel within the allowed timeframe (see Section 3).

Balance Due: The remaining 50% is due the day of your event date. If full payment is selected at booking, this requirement is waived.

Accepted Payment Methods: Stripe (online booking), Zelle, credit card, or as otherwise arranged with Studio 7.

Late Payment: If the balance is not received by the due date, Studio 7 reserves the right to cancel the event and forfeit your deposit. A 5% late fee will apply to any balance received after the due date.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit, minus 5% processing fee

  • 15–29 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded; 50% credited as future service credit (valid 12 months)

  • Less than 15 days before event: Deposit forfeited; no refund or credit

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event to an alternative date within 90 days of your original booking at no additional cost, provided you submit a reschedule request 14+ days before your original event date.

Studio 7 Cancellation: In the rare event that Studio 7 must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, equipment failure, emergency), you will receive a full refund of all payments within 30 days.

WEATHER & OUTDOOR EVENTS

Studio 7 operates rain or shine. We provide weather-protective equipment (tents, coverings) for outdoor events at no additional cost.

Severe Weather: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather (hurricanes, flooding, extreme lightning), Studio 7 will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund will be issued.

VENUE & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Client Responsibilities:

  • Secure venue access and parking for Studio 7 team (arrive 30 minutes before event start)

  • Provide 110V electrical outlet within 50 feet of photobooth location

  • Ensure adequate space for booth setup (minimum 8'x8' area)

  • Notify Studio 7 of any venue restrictions or special access requirements 14 days prior to your event

Studio 7 Responsibilities:

  • Transport and set up all equipment

  • Operate the photobooth professionally throughout your event

  • Provide 3-hour service window (or as booked)

  • Break down and remove all equipment after your event

LIABILITY & PHOTO RIGHTS

Studio 7 Liability: Studio 7 is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property at your event

  • Injuries sustained by guests at the photobooth

  • Event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Photo quality issues due to poor lighting, venue layout, or guest behavior

Photo Usage Rights:

  • Event guests own all photos taken at the photobooth.

  • Studio 7 retains the right to use all photos from your event for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, with proper credit and anonymization where applicable.

  • If you prefer that no photos be used publicly, notify Studio 7 at least 48 hours before your event.

Intellectual Property: Studio 7 retains all rights to photobooth equipment, branding, and proprietary technology.

GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY

Studio 7 reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who:

  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or harassing behavior

  • Damage equipment or venue property

  • Violate applicable laws

Studio 7 Equipment: Guests must treat the photobooth and props with respect. Any intentional damage caused by a guest will be billed to the event organizer at repair or replacement cost (typical repair: $150–$500+).

TECHNICAL & SERVICE GUARANTEES

Service Standards: Studio 7 commits to arriving on time, providing professional operation, and ensuring the photobooth functions throughout your event.

Technical Issues: If the photobooth experiences a technical malfunction and cannot be repaired within 15 minutes:

  • Studio 7 will provide a partial refund of 25% of the booth rental fee, OR

  • Studio 7 will provide a complimentary 2-hour session for a future event at no cost

Studio 7 is not liable for lost or corrupted digital files beyond our control.

ADD-ONS & CUSTOMIZATION

Any add-ons (extra hours, custom backdrops, premium props) must be selected and paid for 7 days before your event. Late add-on requests may be declined or incur rush fees of up to 25% of the add-on cost.

Special requests (custom branding, unique props, themed setups) should be discussed 21 days before your event to ensure feasibility and pricing accuracy.

ACCESSIBILITY & ADA COMPLIANCE

Studio 7 operates in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to the extent applicable. If you have accessibility requirements, please notify us 14 days before your event so we can make reasonable accommodations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum Liability: Studio 7's total liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for booth rental services.

No Consequential Damages: Studio 7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of enjoyment, reputational harm, lost business revenue, etc.).

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio 7 Miami, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Injuries at your event (excluding those caused solely by Studio 7 negligence)

  • Damage to the venue caused by your guests

  • Intellectual property claims

  • Any violation of this agreement

DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

By completing your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this entire agreement

  • You accept all terms and conditions

  • You have the authority to bind your organization to this agreement

  • Your deposit and/or payment is non-refundable under the terms outlined above
